Ellie has always been drawn to helping and supporting others. Her career has taken her from the banking sector to running businesses and working in hospitality and travel to the third sector and more recently the creative industries.

In 2024 Ellie was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 52, while going through menopause. This was a life changing experience.

Discovering that all she had understood about how she experienced the world was based on a misunderstanding of herself had a profound impact on Ellie. While going through a period of deep personal reflection and trying to find away to navigate the future with this new perspective, life threw in some additional challenges.
During this incredibly challenging time, Ellie felt compelled to go back to the basics of what really mattered to her.

The process which Ellie undertook and the resulting clarity this brought was more than a personal journey. Ellie wanted to share this clarity, this understanding and the peace, purpose and courage that she had found through this process with others.

And so Silience was born. Combining her 30+ years in business with a passion for helping others, and her creative practice as a jeweller, Ellie brings a unique set of skills and understanding. More than a coaching practice, Ellie’s vision includes building a community, a space in which, we can step back from the expectations of others, the pressures of living at the pace imposed by society to give ourselves the gift of self awareness, clarity and courage to live informed by our own values, own our individuality and BRAVE OUR BRILLIANCE.
